Vague or generic results
Add specifics: the source, the format, the length, and what to skip. "Summarize my inbox" is vague. "Summarize unread email from the last 24 hours, only from real people or about money, five bullets max" is not.
Connector issues
- Ask the bot which services it can currently see.
- Reconnect if the sign-in expired.
- Confirm the file or email is in the connected account.
Routines that misfire
- Run the task by hand first and fix the instructions.
- Add a hard limit on length.
- Confirm the time zone.
- Start with read-only routines.
